Description

The City of Courtenay (the “City”) is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to create and conduct a statistically valid resident satisfaction survey about local government services and quality of life in the community.

The contract term shall include annual satisfaction surveys in 2025, 2026 and 2027. The contract may be extended to include an annual satisfaction survey in 2029 with mutual agreement by both parties, satisfactory pricing and a satisfactory performance review performed by the City.
