TENDER 2025-12

SUPPLY, INSTALL, METAL CLADDING OVER SOUTH SHOP WALL

Specifications Required: - Supply and install new metal cladding over south shop wall. Cladding to be a color that closely matches the other walls of the building and to be minimum 24 guage high rib cladding. - Installation requires strapping existing wall, supplying and installing all base and top flashings and sealing them to prevent any water damage, as well as corner flashings as required. - Install proper flashing and seal around wall mounted lights and electrical outlets. - Install proper flashing and seal around existing man door - Remove and reinstall existing eavestroughing and downspouts. - Travel costs to and from site from start to completion of project. - Supply any manlifts or scaffolding or mobile equipment required for the project. - Provide all warranty specifications. - Contractors must carry up to date WCB coverage and commercial general liability insurance. - Provide all resources and equipment required to meet OH&S regulations.

Delivery must be prearranged. To be delivered to the Clear Hills County office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday excluding holidays.

Clear Hills County does not recommend using Courier Services, as service to the County office is very limited and there is no guarantee the tender will arrive on time.

Tenders will be opened on June 24, 2025, at 9:35 a.m. at a regular council meeting in the Clear Hills County Council Chambers.
