Calgary Housing (CH) is seeking interested and qualified proponents to provide proposals for CH to conduct comprehensive building condition assessments (BCA’s) including the following services: •Service Type 1: Building Condition Assessment (BCA) •Service Type 2: Building Exterior Visual Assessments (BEVA) •Service Type 3: Annual Updates to Current Replacement Values (CRV).

Any bidders that are interested in attending the virtual meeting are to email fatimetou.saleck@calgary.ca with the name and email address of the attendee and an invitation will be sent to that email address. The virtual meeting will be held using the Microsoft Teams Application OPTIONAL PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: Please note that specific and pertinent information may be conveyed at this meeting. Proponents attending this meeting may be privy to project information that may not necessarily be contained in any of the documentation provided. The use of Artificial Intelligence, recording devices or any similar technology without prior approval from Calgary Housing may result in disqualification in the RFP process.
