Description

The purpose of this RFP is to request proposals from qualified contractors for the design, supply and installation of an electrical distribution upgrade for the City of Powell River’s Recreation Complex under a CCDC14 -2013 Design Build Stipulated Price Contract.
This project is expected to take an estimated 52 weeks with substantial completion to be no later than July 19, 2026, in alignment with the tentatively scheduled 2-week 2026 shutdown estimated to occur from July 6-19, 2026.
