Description

This RFP is an invitation by the City of Castlegar (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit proposals for West Kootenay Regional Airport Air Terminal Building Expansion – Architectural Services.

The City is seeking a qualified Architect to complete a program analysis, pre-design services, schematic design, design development, procurement, construction, commissioning, and warranty services.
