Description

The objective of this RFQ #ON-0002366 is to augment the existing Qualified Supplier List already in place as a result of the previous RFQ No. ON-0001850. Suppliers who are already listed as Qualified Suppliers as a result of the previously issued RFQ No. ON-0001850 do not need to respond to this RFQ.

This RFQ is intended solely to identify and evaluate vendors for inclusion on BCFSA’s List of Qualified Suppliers of Credit Union Liquidation Services. While this RFQ does not include an evaluation of specific employees or subcontractors proposed by Respondents, BCFSA reserves the right to evaluate Qualified Resources prior to procuring their services under any resulting contracts from future Competition Notices.

The Services include, but are not limited to, performing all such duties required for the beneficial winding-up and resolution of the credit union. This involves collecting all obligations and money due to the credit union, preserving and liquidating its assets and property and distributing the proceeds to pay proven creditors.
