Description

The City of Calgary is seeking interest from highly experienced executive search firms to conduct comprehensive recruitment services for critical and strategic hires. These engagements may encompass, but are not limited to, senior executive positions and roles requiring specialized or technical expertise. We expect partnering firms to foster a positive candidate experience on all engagements, and in alignment with our commitment to Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB), to demonstrate a strong track record in promoting diverse and inclusive hiring practices. This includes actively seeking candidates from underrepresented groups and fostering an inclusive recruitment process.
