Description

Altus Group on behalf of Alberta Infrastructure - Replacement of the main switchgear and related electrical. Concrete encasement will be required for conduit, and a new housekeeping pad for equipment. Some demolition and reconstruction of fire rated partitions and door(s) surrounding the electrical room and adjacent spaces. Affected mechanical and electrical items are to be relocated. Hazardous material abatement may be required.
