This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of West Kelowna (the “City”) to qualified Contractors to submit Proposal for the Reconstruction of the Tennis Courts at the Anders Park location in West Kelowna as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
