- Please note that the City of Dawson Creek remains in Mountain Standard Time year-round and does not observe Daylight Savings Time. All emails must be received no later than the Tender Closing Time in Dawson Creek, BC.
- Tenderers should note that the maximum acceptable email size is 30MB. If greater than 30MB, Tenderers should submit the tender in multiple emails. If sending in multiple emails, each email should indicate the total number of emails being sent.
- Compressed files (Zip, RAR, 7z, and others) will not be accepted.
- The Owner will not be liable for any delay or non-receipt of emails for any reason including technological delay or issues by either party’s network or email program. The Owner accepts no responsibility for Tenders sent prior to the deadline that fail for any reason to enter into the City of Dawson Creek’s system by the Tender Closing Time. As email transmission can be delayed due to high volumes of internet traffic, file transfer size, transmission speed etc., it is the Tenderer’s responsibility to transmit their Tender sufficiently in advance of the Tender Closing Time to allow for receipt by the Owner. Tenderers submitting tenders near the deadline do so at their own risk.
- Late tenders will not be accepted or considered, and will be returned unopened.
Summary Details
The City of Dawson Creek invites interested contractors to bid on
ITT 2025-33 - 110 Avenue - 15 Street to 17 Street (Reconstruction). This project is part of the 2025 Capital Road Works Program and consists of the following work:
- Approximately 385 lm of full road reconstruction
- Approximately 125 lm of storm sewer installation c/w manholes and catchbasins
- Approximately 135 lm of water main installation
- Replacement of water valves and hydrant assembly
- Installation of approximately 390 lm of 1.5 m wide sidewalk
