AB-2025-03957 - 25-1520 Respectful, Inclusive, and Safe Workplace Assessment

The City of Calgary on behalf of the Calgary Police Commission (CPC) is seeking a qualified consulting team to undertake an assessment to identify systemic cultural and behavioural factors that are affecting the provision of a respectful, inclusive, and safe workplace within the Calgary Police Service (CPS).

The City anticipates the following Phases:
Phase 1 – Assessment Governance and Planning;
Phase 2 – Information Discovery and Establishing; Management Systems;
Phase 3 – Engagement and Research; and
Phase 4 – Information Sharing.

Given the organizational and operating contexts, and subject matter involved in this assessment, particular consideration and care will need to be exercised with respect to:
a. Communication management; and
b. Data management.

It is The City’s expectation that the CPC’s assessment will be completed within nine (9) months upon contract award.
