AB-2025-03952 - RFP#25-012 ARCHITECHURAL DESIGN SERVICES INDUS SKATING RINK FACILITY

This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks submissions from qualified consultants interested in undertaking the pivotal role of Architectural Design Consultant for a new skating rink facility, encompassing the Predesign of the facility that includes, but is not limited to, client collaboration, stakeholder engagement, needs assessment, cost estimates, scheduling, and preliminary design concepts. Upon the conclusion of the RFP process, the County aims to establish a comprehensive contract with the selected proponent to assist the design team with predesign of the facility, site planning, location of building and parking lot, building elevations, building orientation, and landscaping plan that includes site lighting.
