Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for RCMP Renovation.

The County is looking to renovate the 3rd floor of the RCMP building located at 911 Bison Way, Sherwood Park, AB T8H 1S9. The renovation includes architectural, mechanical, and electrical work to provide and install a new ceiling in the open office area, building a new training room with an operable partition, providing new coffee stations and minor modifications to offices.
