Description

The Village of Cumberland (" Village") is seeking proposals from qualified proponents (" Proponents") in response to this request for proposals (" RFP") for the provision of Equipment and Services (as defined herein) to be carried out within the required schedule set out herein for one (1) 460 feet of heavy-duty marine containment boom for surface containment purposes. The containment boom will be used to contain and control floating debris, oil, and other surface contaminants in marine environments within a drinking water reservoir.
