Description

EPCOR is seeking full-service real estate support such as acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and consulting, along with marketing and regulatory assistance. The contractor will identify opportunities, conduct market evaluations, manage transactions, and provide strategic advice, while also supporting lease and sub-lease activities as needed. Ongoing reporting, compliance, and collaboration with EPCOR’s legal and internal teams are integral to the engagement.
