Description

BC Hydro invites responses to this RFEOI from suppliers who are experienced and qualified to provide Demand Side Management (DSM) services.

The purpose of this RFEOI is to:
a) Determine the level of interest and capacity in the market to perform the scope of work as described in the RFEOI;
b) Draw industry's attention to the forthcoming RFP;
c) Engage with potential proponents to increase the chance of receiving more competitive proposals upon issuance of the RFP;
d) Seek feedback on BC Hydro's commercial and technical requirements, as well as schedule for the work, to assist in RFP planning and development; and
e) Obtain information to inform technical and commercial considerations regarding project alternatives for RFP planning purposes.

This opportunity is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
All responses should be in English.
