Description

The Municipality of the County of Cumberland is currently accepting “tenders” from parties interested in: The supply and installation of a Gravel Parking Lot at the Parrsboro Main St. Park. Gravel parking lot

• Gravel Parking area 19m x 27m, 550m2 total including driveway.
• Remove existing organics layer and unsuitable soils. Material can be used for rough grading around gravel area when complete.
• Place 200mm compacted Type 2 Gravel
• Place 150mm Type 1 Gravel – fine graded and compacted
• Grading around parking lot to be completed to provide proper drainage and prevent ponding.
• Landscaping at the edge of the completed gravel parking lot and driveway to make ready for seeding in the Spring.
• Public Works has installed the culvert and basic gravel at the entry
