This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the City to prospective Respondents (“Respondent”) to qualify for eligibility to provide Arborist Services – Multiple Sites on an as, if and when needed basis as further described in APPENDIX A – DELIVERABLES.
