Description

This project involves the roof replacement of the Spruce Commons building, located at 1055 Bow Valley Dr NE, Calgary, AB. The scope includes the provision of all necessary materials and labour to install a cold-applied SBS roofing system over approximately 1,191 square feet of low-slope roofing. The work entails surface preparation, application of base and cap sheets using cold adhesives, and the installation of all required flashings, sealants, and detailing to ensure a watertight, durable, and code-compliant roofing system suitable for a seniors residential facility. All materials are to be cold-applied. The project must be completed no later than October 31, 2025, to align with seasonal requirements for cold adhesive performance.
