Description

The Town of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia (the "Town") has secured funding through the federal Housing Accelerator Fund program to implement a series of initiatives aimed at increasing housing supply and improving housing affordability in our community. These initiatives include changes to zoning, the initiation of e-permitting processes, and new housing programs that require effective communication and meaningful community engagement to ensure successful implementation.

The Town is seeking the services of a qualified consultant (the "Proponent") to undertake a community engagement and communications process to support initiatives under the Housing Accelerator Fund. The Proponent will work closely with Town staff to design and deliver a comprehensive communications and engagement strategy.
