Description

The objective of this RFQ #ON-0002269 is to establish a List of Qualified Suppliers for Executive Coaching and Development Services.

This RFQ is intended solely to identify and evaluate suppliers for inclusion on BCFSA’s List of Qualified Suppliers of Executive Coaching Services. While this RFQ may not include an evaluation of specific employees or subcontractors proposed by Respondents, BCFSA reserves the right to evaluate Qualified Resources prior to procuring their services under any resulting contracts from future Competition Notices.

The Services include executive coaching services that would be designed to elevate leadership effectiveness and support organizational success by providing personalized coaching for senior leaders and executive teams.

The Services are described in greater detail in this RFQ, including in Section 5 and the Appendices.
