Description

Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver (“City”) of its intent to contract with Axon Canada Inc. (Axon) to acquire services and supply to conduct an approximate (6) six-month pilot project in relation to Body Worn Cameras for Parking Operations and Enforcement.
Axon and the Vancouver Police Board (“VPB”) entered into a Supply Agreement through a public procurement process on December 18, 2023. The City wishes to enter into a separate agreement with Axon so that the City may acquire services and supply from Axon to conduct a pilot project leveraging on the current contract.
TERM: Pilot is approximately (6) six-months
The pilot project will be at no fee for the City of Vancouver.
Under the terms and conditions of the intended contract the parties may mutually agree in writing to enter into full deployment (“Full Deployment”), under which they may amend the existing contract and extend the term and pricing of the agreement.

Closing date and time: June 24, 2025 @ 3:00 PM Vancouver, BC time.

The RFX will be administered through the website (JAGGAER) that is the City’s electronic procurement
portal (the “Supplier Portal”).
