215976 - Perseverance Watershed Management Consulting Services

The Corporation of the Village of Cumberland (“The Village”) is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, professional consulting firms to enter into a contract for Watershed Resource Management Professional Consulting Services for a two (2) year term to supplement in-house capabilities in support of the  Perseverance Watershed Initiative. These services are anticipated to include, but are not limited to: general project management services for data collection projects (e.g. soils studies; hydrometric data collection); coordination and oversight of qualified environment professionals (QEPs); communication and coordination with watershed rights holders and stakeholders, including private industry, environmental non-governmental organizations (ENGOs), other governments, and First Nations; overall strategic guidance for watershed protection initiatives; report writing and presentations; and collection and management of various related data sets, as set out in Part D, Scope of Work, of this RFP.

The proponent will work closely with the Village staff, Council, internal and external stakeholders, and the public to ensure the success of projects from inception to completion.
