Description

The work consists of the replacement of mooring chains supporting the Visiting Vessel Pier (VVP) and the Central Breakwater in Nanaimo, BC, including removal of the existing mooring lines, connecting new uncoated mooring stud link chain to both the float and anchor, partial excavation of buried chains, and supply and installation of hardware as necessary to facilitate the installation works, as outlined in the Tender Documents.
