Description

This RFP seeks a supplier of a digital platform and associated support program that will enable energy and carbon emission reporting in the capital region. The digital platform and program will support jurisdictions with mandatory reporting bylaws and voluntary reporting in jurisdictions where a mandatory reporting bylaw is not in force.
