Electronic tenders, in PDF format, clearly marked as to contents, will be received for the construction of the above works, which consists of street upgrades for approximately 800 metres of Route 134 (Rue Principale) in Saint-Lous-de-Kent, including the installation of storm sewer, storm manholes and catch basins, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt restoration and all related work. Tender will be received until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 8, 2025, by:

Instructions to obtain Tender Documents:
Interested bidders shall contact Ms. Jinette McCormack at Jinette.McCormack@englobecorp.com or at 506.857.2777 ext. 178042 to obtain a digital copy (PDF format) of the Tender Documents and to be added to the official bidders list.
Tender submission method:
Contractors are required to submit their Tender Submission (complete bid) electronically in PDF format via e-mail at Jinette.McCormack@englobecorp.com prior to the above stated date and time. The original signed and sealed paper copy of the Tender Submission shall be mailed to the following address:

A bid bond or certified cheque, in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to Town of Beaurivage must accompany each tender.
Tender opening method:
Tenders will not be opened in person, but videoconferencing will be made available (instructions to access the video conference will be provided with the digital Tender Documents).
No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the Tender Documents.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
