VFPA is seeking proposals from qualified contractors with experience in elevator installations and complex building retrofits in active public or port environments that will support the Canada Place Cruise Elevator Retrofit Project (“Project”). The RFP is intended to engage a contractor for pre-construction services, with the potential to undertake the construction work under a separate contract. For the purposes of this RFP, interested entities who submit a proposal shall be referred to as (“Proponents”). This summary document is not the RFP and has been provided to interested parties for informational purposes only.
