Description

The Cape Breton Regional Municipality is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide independent investigation services for complaints related to breaches of the Municipal Code of Conduct by elected officials. This initiative complies with Section 23C of the Municipal Government Act and the Code of Conduct for Municipal Elected Officials Regulations.
