Description

The Cape Breton Regional Municipality (CBRM) Water Utility is requesting tenders from qualified contractors to carry out lagoon clearing and sludge transfer operations at the Glace Bay Wastewater Treatment Facility. The scope includes clearing a sludge drying bed, draining the lagoon, and transferring lagoon sludge back to the drying bed.
