Description

The District of Saanich wishes to engage the services of a qualified and experienced Consultant who has full knowledge and understanding of British Columbia’s Development Cost Charges (DCC) legislation and best practices to lead a project to review the District’s existing Development Cost Charge Bylaw 2019, No. 9553 as amended, with supporting information and develop a new Amenity Cost Charges (ACC) Program and Bylaw including underlying projects, project cost estimates, timing and benefit to new development, and ACC rate calculations.
