Description

The Owner invites tenders for:
1. Construction of plaza space including installation of columbarium, gardens, memorial wall, and entrance signage.
2. Construction of approximately 181m2 of concrete walkways.
3. Construction of approximately 27m2 of concrete pavers.
4. Construction of approximately 12m of concrete block retaining wall with stone veneer cladding.
5. Installation of landscaping including approximately 88m2 of shrub/perennial garden, 13 trees, and landscaping boulders, signage.
6. Installation of storm drywell system and trench drain.
7. Tie-in electrical and install signage lighting.
