The Town of Qualicum Beach is soliciting proposals from experienced telecommunications providers for a ThreeYear Cellular Service Contract. The project's objective is to optimize the Town's telecommunication. Vendors should deliver services with modern, agile, user-friendly, and cost-effective solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing municipal systems.

• User-friendly administration portals to facilitate ease of manageability.
• AI-powered capabilities for optimizing network utilization and predictive maintenance.
• Integrability with Microsoft Teams Operator Connect Mobile, enhancing accessibility and collaboration for Town's future operations and integration with Microsoft Teams.

The selected vendor will collaborate with the Town’s Manager of IT & GIS and Corporate Administrator to tailor these services in alignment with municipal needs and strategic goals.
