Description

The Municipality of the County of Cumberland is currently accepting “Quotes” from parties interested in: A legal boundary survey of two parcels of land located on Clarke Street in Springhill, including PID 25225996, from qualified surveyors. The scope includes preparing a signed survey plan suitable for land registration, staking boundaries on site, and identifying any easements, encroachments, or rights-of-way. Basic title information will be provided by the Municipality’s solicitor. Title information has limitations. Please include a cost breakdown, estimated timeline, relevant qualifications, and proof of insurance in your submission. Issuing an Invitation implies no obligation on the Municipality of the County of Cumberland to accept any bid, or a portion of any Bid submitted. The lowest of any bid will not necessarily be accepted
