Description

It is the intention of the City to complete two (2) Local Roadway Rehabilitaion locations
1: Rossmere Green SE, and Location
2: Rossland Street SE.

The work will include but may not be limited to:
- Asphalt milling, and removal;
- concrete flatwork (driveway) removal and replacement;
- concrete mono sidewalk and curb and gutter replacement;
- road coring excavation;
-storm water catchbasin installation and 250mm lead installation;
-sub-drain weeping tile system, tied in to catchbasin barrels;
- catchbasin concrete apron construction;
- granular sub-base and base course construction;
- asphalt B1 Bottom lift and S2 top lift placement and compaction;

It is the intention of the City to complete both Schedules of work outlined in the Tender Form and Tender Drawings over the course of the 2025 Construction Season.
