Description

The Modernization of Falher - Ecole Heritage K-12 will be delivered by Alberta Infrastructure. The scope off work includes a major modernization of 3,150 square meters (1951 original building and 1964 addition) and medium to minor modernization to the remaining facility (1997 and 2001) and will include some site work. The total existing school area is 5,010m2. The school will remain operational throughout for the duration of the work which is planned to be carried out in phases. Procurement will be in two phases: Phase 1 - RFQ Phase 2 - Invitational Tender
