Description

NAIT requires a service to triage and direct inbound calls to the main NAIT phone number. Based on 2024 numbers, NAIT receives approximately 65,000 calls annually, with fluctuating volumes depending on seasonality in line with our semesters. Peak volume periods include August/September and December/January.
