Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (“BNS”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for an Agency of Record (AOR) – QEII Renew (Halifax Infirmary Expansion Project (“HIEP”))

BNS is seeking a full-service marketing Agency of Record responsible for supporting detailed marketing strategies and education campaigns for each year of the life of the construction project, from Fiscal Year 2025-2026 to the anticipated opening date of fall 2031.
