Before bid submissions, it is mandatory for Bidders to visit the work site and get familiarized with conditions affecting the work. Scheduled pre-bid walk through is as follows: July 10, 2025, 12:00 PM at FRONT ENTRANCE OF THE SCHOOL Location Address Bishop Greschuk Catholic Junior High School 17330 – 91 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T5Z 3A1 As this is an educational facility, access to the site is restricted, this will be the only opportunity to familiarize yourself with the site conditions, limitations, means of access, and scope of work. Further site visits outside of the times stated above are not permitted. No additional pre-bid site examinations are planned.
