Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Fraser Valley Regional Library (the “FVRL”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Financial Statement Audit Services further described in this RFP.

FVRL is seeking proposals from qualified firms of Chartered Professional Accountants to:

Complete the Annual Financial Statement Audit; Audit its financial statements in accordance with Public Sector Accounting Standards and the Province of British Columbia municipal reporting requirements. Work is expected to commence with the audit of the Fiscal Year Ended Dec. 31, 2026.
Prepare and file the Annual T3010 Registered Charity Information Return: Prepare and file the T3010 based on information supplied by FVRL. No requirement to review or otherwise attempt to verify the accuracy or completeness of provided information. Work is expected to commence with the return for the Fiscal Year Ended Dec. 31, 2026.
