Description

The City of Calgary is seeking a Consultant for a Water Treatment Spares and Inventory Optimization project. The work focuses on optimizing spares parts and inventory management for the City of Calgary Water Treatment division to improve asset maintainability and availability.

The City intends to enter one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables.

The project anticipates the following phases:

Phase 1 - Pre-Work and Planning
Phase 2 - Equipment Mater Data Standard
Phase 3 - Master Equipment List Development
Phase 4 - Bill of Materials Validation and Development
Phase 5 - Materials Master Enhancement and Standardization
Phase 6 - Materials Stocking Strategy
