Description

The Cape Breton Regional Municipality (CBRM) is responsible for operating a road network consisting of nearly 482km of roads. This road network requires routine maintenance, preservation, rehabilitation, and reconstruction activities on an on-going basis to provide roadway users with an acceptable level of service. To effectively manage these activities, the CBRM is looking to assess current roadway conditions of the roadway network.
