Upgrades on dam emergency spillway by widening to add capacity at Pond D and grass swale construction at Pond E of Spyhill Waste Management Facility. This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: C7000303: Landfill Earthworks and Underground Utilities.
