Description

Renovate - Eight units at Alex Walker Tower and Two Units at Jenkins Court. Included but not limited to: Scope includes but is not limited to removal and upgrade of current flooring throughout each suite, removal and upgrade of baseboards, abatement of asbestos, biohazards and mold as needed. Removal of bathtubs and installation of walk-in showers in each suite, installation of kitchen backsplashes, new kitchen and bathroom countertops and cabinets, and shower tiles. Upgrade of window coverings and damaged accordion doors, installation of new LED light fixtures, and repair/replacement of interior doors where necessary. Patching drywall and painting of all 10 suites. Shutoff valves will be installed as required.

Meeting Details
The site visit will start on July 21st, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Alberta Time at Jenkins Court—923 19 Avenue SE, and then we will travel to Alex Walker Tower—124 15 Avenue SW, Calgary AB.
