Description

Elections BC is seeking a solution to satisfy the following:

Inventory & asset management

Establish and maintain a centralized inventory of all assets and consumables.
Enable real-time tracking of assets throughout their lifecycle, from procurement to disposal.
Support configuration management for IT assets, including software licensing and warranty tracking.
Manage leasing agreements and maintenance contracts for equipment.

Procurement & logistics

Streamline procurement workflows for all item types.
Import and manage purchase orders and asset metadata (e.g., barcodes, asset IDs).
Control and document shipping, receiving and disposal processes.
Build and manage pre-defined Kits of varying sizes for deployment.

Field operations & distribution

Automate calculation of shipment quantities per Electoral District.
Track asset movement and availability in real time during field events.
Record supply requests and monitor replenishment cycles.

Communication & alerts

Provide proactive alerts and notifications for key inventory and asset events.
Ensure timely communication across teams during operational periods.
