Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo to prospective proponents to submit a proposal (“Proposal”) for “Provision of Banking Services”

The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of seven (7) years, with an option in favour of the Municipality to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to three (3) two (2) year terms (for a maximum of six (6) years cumulative extensions).
