Description

GEF Seniors Housing is a not-for-profit organization in Edmonton that is requesting interested and qualified Contractors to submit proposals in response to this RFQ for the Inspection of Fire Alarm Systems for our locations located within the City of Edmonton. GEF Seniors Housing is looking for an all-inclusive cost for the inspection of the fire alarm system as stated within. This RFQ seeks Contractors who are committed to proactively partner with GEF Seniors Housing to ensure the best practices for the inspection of the fire alarm systems and ongoing related services required for our properties. The intent of this RFQ is to create a Standing Offer for a period of three (3) years. GEF Seniors Housing reserves the right to renew this agreement for additional years based on mutually agreed upon terms and conditions.
