Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested contractors.
2. The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified supplier install TWSI at City of Calgary Platforms and other infrastructure.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of one (1) year. The Agreement(s) may be renewed, four (4) times for one (1) year each time, not to exceed five (5) years in total.
