Description

The Province is seeking Proposals from experienced and qualified consulting firms (Proponents) to provide Services on a when and as needed and/or project-specific basis, as requested by the Province, under a Standing Offer arrangement. The objective of the Services is to support the Province’s decision-making by providing evidence-based, research-informed insights that drive continuous improvement across programs, operations, and strategic initiatives. For the purposes of this RFP, Services may include, but are not limited to, organizational and structural assessments, operational efficiency evaluations, and comprehensive financial analyses. These services may encompass the examination of governance frameworks, workflow optimization, resource allocation, cost-effectiveness, and overall fiscal health of the organization.
