Description

Trade contract tenders, as detailed below, are requested by Public Tender regarding the Winskill Aquatic & Fitness Centre Replacement, Winskill Park, 5575 9th Ave, Delta, BC.

The following tenders will be accepted at the offices of the Construction Manager not later than 2:00 PM local time, August 07, 2025:
C-003 Bulk Excavation
C-004 Micropiles
The Winskill Aquatic & Fitness Centre Replacement is a multi-phase project with this phase consisting of bulk-excavation, removal and disposal of existing soil materials, construction slope stabilization, including the supply and installation of reinforced shotcrete & soil anchors, continuous poly sheeting & erosion and sediment control. This phase of construction also includes the supply and installation of engineered grouted micro-piles.

A Bid Walk will be held on July 24, 2025, starting in front of the existing Winskill Aquatic facility at 11:00am. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
