Description

The purpose of this Planned Service Contract is to provide service that allows the City’s facilities to optimize performance, provide dependability, sustainability, and energy efficiency. Through regular planned maintenance, energy savings initiatives can be identified. These initiatives have the potential to reduce future repair costs due to a proactive maintenance program, extend the life of current facility mechanical assets and most importantly maintain a healthy and safe environment for staff, residents and guests of the City of Moose Ja
